If you are a business looking to gauge the level of respiratory hazards in your workplace, the AeroGuard monitor is designed to monitor particulate matter (like welding fume), along with a host of other airborne pollutants and climate factors.
The AeroGuard unit can be also customized to your environment. With a simple choice made during set-up, an illuminated LED ring keeps you perpetually updated on the contaminant that matters most to you. An intuitive mobile app provides access to gathered data daily, weekly or monthly, with instant alerts sent to update you on any important changes in the work environment, with monitoring through a dedicated online web portal also available.

* The AeroGuard unit will capture a sample amount of particles that may include, but will not be solely comprised of, welding fume. Other non-welding fume particles will also be captured, and will therefore factor into the measurements taken. If employers or welders are unsure whether the welding fume exposures at their workplace exceed the relevant exposure standards, OH&S regulations require that welding fume personal air monitoring is carried out by a licensed Occupational Hygienist.
